Our client is an international, private equity-owned global market leader in the mobility industry. Known for its cutting-edge capabilities and dominant market position, the organization reaches substantial year-over-year double-digit growth. With some existing business in Southern Europe, but huge potential, the organization is seeking a highly ambitious yet hands-on Sales Manager that is eager to autonomously expand the business in Southern Europe.  

  Role Description

As Sales Manager Southern Europe, you’ll take the lead in accelerating growth and doubling revenues in the region’s RV sector. Your focus will be on winning new business and expanding market share, while deepening relationships with existing clients to unlock further potential. This role offers a dynamic mix of strategic sales execution and hands-on client engagement—perfect for a driven commercial professional ready to make real impact.

  Key Responsibilities
  • Drive growth by identifying and capturing new business opportunities.
  • Foster and grow relationships with strategically important customers.
  • Co-develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing ones in Southern Europe.
  • Acts as primary point of contact for key clients.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded.

 

  Ideal Candidate

Background and Experience:

  • 7+ years of relevant commercial/account management experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Proven track record in supplying to RV OEMs with a well-established international network.
  • Demonstrated success in identifying and securing new business opportunities while managing existing ones effectively.
  • Strong technical background or a quick learner with experience in basic product engineering.
  • Fluency in French and English (both verbal and written) is a must.
