The Organization:

For one of our clients, a market leader in access solutions (integrated solution provider) we are searching for a Country Director to lead their Belgian branch.

The role

As the Country Director Belgium, you will be driving the organization’s transformation towards a digital integrated solution provider. Your leadership will be pivotal in restructuring and building a strong, independent team, taking them along in the change through instilling a mindset shift and embracing new skills. Furthermore, you will be identifying new business opportunities for sales growth through developing a pro-active sales team, exploring new markets segments, diversifying customer network and exploring new innovation commercial models.

The Ideal Candidate

Experiences

-       15+ years of experience with a commercial track record in B2B project sales, combining hardware and value-add services.

-       5+ years of experience in management position, leading a team of 25+ people and ideally P&L responsibility.

-       Experience in transitioning an organization’s business model, e.g. from traditional to digital.

-       Familiar within an international, matrix organization.
