Franziska brings a strong international background in executive search, having worked with renowned firms across EMEA. She specializes in the identification and assessment of senior leadership talent, particularly within HR and transformation-focused roles. With experience gained in both boutique and global search environments, she combines analytical precision with a natural curiosity for people and organizations.

Before joining Kienbaum, Franziska worked at Spencer Stuart and DHR Global, where she led and supported C-level assignments across industries. Her structured, thoughtful approach and clear communication style make her a trusted partner for both clients and candidates. She holds a BSc in Economics from Goethe University in Frankfurt and is fluent in German and English.
