Kienbaum was founded in 1945 in Germany and has since grown into an internationally active firm in executive search and management consulting, with 30+ offices across more than 20 countries. From the Netherlands, we have been a trusted local partner for over 20 years, helping organisations find the right executives. We believe that change is the engine for growth - for people, organisations, and society as a whole. That is why we are committed every day to finding and developing the people who can drive that change.

Kienbaum werd in 1945 opgericht in Duitsland en heeft zich sindsdien ontwikkeld tot een internationaal actief bureau voor executive search en management consulting, met 30+ kantoren wereldwijd in meer dan 20 laden.


Vanuit Nederland zijn wij al meer dan 20 jaar actief als lokale partner voor organisaties die op zoek zijn naar de juiste executives. Wij geloven dat verandering de motor is voor groei. Voor mensen, organisaties en de samenleving als geheel. Daarom zetten wij ons dagelijks in om juist die personen te vinden én te ontwikkelen die verandering kunnen aanjagen.

Black Jaguar Foundation

Progress goes hand in hand with responsibility for people and the planet. That is why we support the Black Jaguar Foundation, an initiative dedicated to establishing the Araguaia Biodiversity Corridor in Brazil, one of the largest reforestation projects in the world.


For every successful placement, we plant trees together with our clients. This way, we celebrate success and contribute to a greener future for generations to come. We are also actively working to raise awareness of sustainability within our network. For us, leadership is inseparable from social responsibility.

Voor elke succesvolle plaatsing planten wij samen met onze klanten een aantal bomen. Zo vieren we samen succes én dragen we bij aan een groenere toekomst voor volgende generaties.
