For one of our clients, a leading European premium provider of technical building solutions for façade and building envelope applications, we are searching for a Managing Director Benelux to lead and further develop their organization across the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg.
As the Managing Director Benelux, you will be responsible for the overall commercial performance and further development of the regional organization. Your leadership will focus on strengthening the company’s market position in a specification-driven and project-oriented environment, working closely with architects, façade partners, installers and contractors.
You will drive sustainable growth by further developing the regional go-to-market strategy, expanding the dealer network, increasing early project involvement and strengthening the commercial steering of the organization. At the same time, you will further professionalize internal structures and processes to ensure scalable and profitable growth within the Benelux region.
Experiences
- 15+ years of experience in B2B sales within building products, façade systems, window systems, building envelope solutions or a related construction-driven industry.
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing a regional sales organization with team leadership and ideally P&L responsibility.
- Strong experience within project-driven and specification-led sales environments.
- Experience managing dealer or distribution networks in a B2B environment.
- Familiar working within an international organization and collaborating with headquarters functions.
- Solid commercial and technical understanding of building-related products and systems.
