To support this phase of accelerated growth and ensure financial readiness for future expansion or capital events, the company seeks a dynamic Interim CFO.

The role – the assignment

• Lead and elevate the finance function across FP&A, reporting, treasury, control, and compliance
• Build forward-looking financial models to support strategic decision-making and scale-up milestones
• Serve as key financial partner to the CEO and senior leadership in managing rapid operational growth
• Implement or optimise financial infrastructure (systems, processes, dashboards) in line with scalable growth
• Manage investor and board reporting with precision and business insight
• Support capital planning, fundraising, and/or M&A initiatives
• Ensure the business is audit- and exit-ready within agreed timelines

• Demonstrated success in fast-growing, product- or technology-driven businesses
• Strong financial acumen, with mastery of forecasting, modelling, and financial operations
• PE/VC-backed experience or readiness to operate with investor discipline
• Ability to thrive in dynamic, entrepreneurial environments
• Exceptional communicator and trusted sparring partner to both CEO and investors
• Familiarity with IFRS/GAAP, board reporting, and audit processes
• Comfortable building and leading finance teams or functions from the ground up
