Into building AI agents? Want to apply your knowledge in a real business environment where leadership, people, and organizational change come together? Then this might be your next step.
Who we areKienbaum is the first consultancy firm in Germany and the only 'People & Organization' firm of European origin. With our expertise in the field of Executive Search, Management Audits/Assessments, Interim Executives, Board Advisory & Education and HR Consultancy, we have achieved countless successes together with our clients.
In the Netherlands, where we have been active for more than 20 years, we have built lasting relationships with various organizations ranging from small to large multinationals, family businesses, VC/PE firms and digital ScaleUps. Our office in Amsterdam is an ambitious, dynamic, and informal environment that is constantly growing.
At Kienbaum Netherlands, we guide companies that are undergoing significant changes. Businesses that are growing, expanding internationally, preparing for a new generation, or reinventing themselves. Our role? We support them in attracting and developing the right leaders - people who steer the future of the organization.
We are a small, close-knit team in Amsterdam, part of the international Kienbaum network spread across four continents. In our Executive Search, we combine the power of data and AI with deep knowledge of people and organizations - alongside a personal approach. Because the right leader is not just recognized on paper: it’s about context, character, and whether someone truly fits the culture and ambitions of an organization. In everything we do, Empowering People is central, including within our own team. We believe in collaboration, learn4life, delivering quality, and enjoying our work.
We are actively exploring AI adoption and have started building AI-driven solutions to support our business operations — and we're looking to accelerate this.
The PositionIn this role, you'll help us take our AI to the next level. Right now, we use AI primarily for new business development and content, but we're ready to go further. You'll build and improve our current AI agents and automations, explore new no-code/low-code solutions (e.g. Make.com, n8n), and keep a close eye on how leading firms in our industry are adopting AI (from candidate sourcing and market mapping to assessments and client engagement)
You won't just be executing, you'll be thinking along with us: what's possible, what's relevant for a firm like ours, and what should we build next? This is a role with real ownership and real impact in a growing, ambitious team.
Are you an independent and curious student who always thinks in terms of solutions, has already made a start with building some AI Agents and is creative in finding information online and through other sources? Are you self-learning, self-starting and capable of handling a steep learning curve? With us you get the flexibility to work a minimum of 16-24 hours a week, depending on your availability. We understand that you sometimes have a busy (study) period and we are happy to adjust your work schedule accordingly.
