Sara supports the team as a Research Student. She contributes to search and consulting assignments through market research, candidate identification, and administrative support, helping to ensure a structured and insight-driven process. She is particularly interested in how companies identify and develop leadership talent to navigate transformation and drive sustainable growth. Alongside her role at Kienbaum, Sara is pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Strategy at the University of Amsterdam.
