Expertise & Biography 

Darian supports our consultants on Executive Search assignments across the Benelux and DACH region. He combines market research with a psychology-based view on leadership and fit.

During his studies, Darian specialised in leadership personality, person–environment fit and psychometric assessment. He studied at six universities in four countries and recently completed field research in South Africa, giving him a broad international perspective.

Darian recently completed his MSc in Work & Organizational Psychology at Maastricht University, Leuphana University Lüneburg and the University of Valencia. He speaks Dutch, English and Spanish, and some German. He brings structure, precision and genuine curiosity about the person behind the profile.
