The Position
Building AI agents for our organization, some will be super valuable, others might fail. This will be a trial and error, steep learning curve, agile process. We learn together!
We will use a No Code AI Builder platform with some AI Agent templates, and also build AI Agents from scratch on this platform.
Your contribution is invaluable for the efficient execution of work and the future of our business. This role offers you the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a professional environment, while developing and growing your skills at building AI Agents.
Additionally you job description is versatile and includes connecting some of our digital platforms through existing API’s, test these and improve. Initially some administrative tasks which you later replace by an AI Agent build by you, some market mapping to be replaced by an AI Agent, etc. As you grow in your role, we will add other areas. In addition, we offer coaching to Interns so that you can reach your full potential.
Location: Amsterdam / Hybrid
The ideal candidate
Are you an independent and curious student who always thinks in terms of solutions, has already made a start with building AI Agent and is creative in finding information online and through other sources? Are you self-learning, self-starting and capable of handling a steep learning curve? With us you get the flexibility to work a minimum of 24-40 hours a week, depending on your availability. The internship can take 4-6 months. We understand that you sometimes have a busy (study) period and we are happy to adjust your work schedule accordingly. This student position may eventually evolve into a full-time Associate role at Kienbaum, launching an international career within the Kienbaum group.
Experience & Background
· Actively engaged in an university education in the field of Data Science, AI, Computer Science or other relevant field of study.
· 1-3 years of relevant work experience in student jobs or starter jobs.
· Understands how to set up small projects, create workflow diagram and deliver results
· Basic knowledge of business and organizational structures, or the motivation to learn about them.
· Strong computer skills, including experience with AI and AI Agent Building
· Experience with different data-management tools, CRM, LinkedIn, etc.
