Expertise & Biography
Before joining Kienbaum, I completed a bachelor’s degree in psychology (University of Groningen) and combined that with gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced German startup, where I oversaw marketing and communications. Following my motivation to learn and grow, I started a joint Master’s degree in Work, Organizational, and Personnel Psychology as an Erasmus Mundus scholar (University of Valencia and Bologna), and dove deeper into the interplay of science and practice of businesses from a people-perspective. Thriving in international and high-performing teams, joining Kienbaum as an intern was a natural next step, which led to a long-lasting professional relationship.
