Understanding your needs and your company

We involve our client’s employees in our consulting process and build an understanding of our client‘s business, organization, core subjects, company culture, languages and values, enabling us to come to the detailed requirements of our client‘s needs and a focused search profile.

Understanding your industry and the labour market

We know your industry developments, your competitors and how to reach the (international) candidates in your industry.

Understanding the functional area

We have expertise in many different functional areas (non executives and executive board members, general management, finance, sales and marketing, operations, supply chain and engineering, HR, and ICT) helping us to understand the specific requirements of the vacant position and how to reach the suitable candidates.

Strong Process Management

Account Management, Project Management, Time Management and Status Reporting are key elements in a successful Process Management approach. Essential steps are an extensive environmental study, a professional position description, tight and ambitious assignment planning and continuous formal and informal communication with client and candidates.

Kienbaum follows up after placement. Upon completion of the assignment we will evaluate the process together with our client, we will stay in touch with both the candidate and the client and we will coach where necessary and possible.
