The new employee orientation process is known as “Employee on-boarding”. Employee on-boarding is very important as it makes new hires feel welcomed, valued and prepared. This again facilitates and drives new employee productivity, accelerates results and increases long term retention.
To aid the successful entry of a candidate into his or her new working environment, Kienbaum can offer support or advice. For example; we can help candidates preparing for their first day, first week and first month, coach them extensively in your unique corporate culture, offer development assessments or even function as a mediator in the initial working period. As part of this service, Kienbaum will plan coaching and evaluation sessions with the client and candidate regularly to assess the experiences during the first period and consult on next steps and actions.
